Our banking system has implemented additional security measures that will now also verify the billing address and zip code. Should you get a “declined” message when using the system, please make sure you are using the address and zip code of your cards’ billing address.
Any declined auto pays will need to submit a one-time payment after updating address and zip code information on their payment method and saving it to Municipal Online.
Anytime your card information changes, i.e. ccv code, expiration date, mailing address, you will need to unenroll from auto pay, change the card information, and then re-enroll.
